COVID-19 Testing Available on Kauai

The Kauai District Health Office is updating the public about COVID-19 testing options.

Individuals who have been identified as a close contact of a positive case are asked to contact their primary care physician, a hospital, or an urgent care clinic to schedule a drive-up test.

Drive-up testing is available at KVMH, Wilcox, Kauai Medical Clinic Kapaa, and Longs Kapaa with a doctor’s order.

To get a physician order:

  • Call your primary care physician.
  • If you do not have a primary care physician, you may call the Hawaii Pacific Health COVID-19 Virtual Clinic to be evaluated by a care provider who can order a COVID-19 test if clinically appropriate. Call 808-462-5430 and select option 3 for Kauai.
