Kapa‘a – Green waste at the Kapa‘a refuse transfer station is closed until further notice due to capacity issues.
All other Kapa‘a refuse transfer station services are available.
The Kapa‘a refuse transfer station’s daily operating hours are from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The transfer station is closed on state holidays.
During this period, customers are advised to use green waste at the Līhu‘e refuse transfer station.
