Housing Agency News Release

WAIMEA – The County of Kaua‘i Housing Agency announces a community workshop for the Waimea 400 Affordable Housing Master Plan project will be held on Thursday, April 10, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Waimea Canyon Middle School Cafeteria.

The workshop will provide updates on the County’s progress for the entire Waimea 400 site and share a conceptual plan based on the community input gathered at the first and second workshops.

If you are interested in attending, please fill out this RSVP Google Form and indicate how many people will be attending. On the form, you can also sign up for email updates on the project.

If you are unable to attend, the Housing Agency still welcomes your input. Meeting materials will be posted on www.waimea400housing.com after the meeting, along with an online collector form to gather your feedback. Please visit the website to learn more about the project and review the 2022 Waimea 400 Master Plan, previous community survey results, and materials from the previous workshops.

If you have any questions, please email waimea400housing@gmail.com.

If you need an ASL Interpreter, materials in an alternate format, or other auxiliary aid support, or an interpreter for a language other than English, please contact Steve Franco at 808-241-4444 or sfranco@kauai.gov as soon as possible.
