KALĀHEO — The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, announces that a portion of Kikala Road in Kalāheo will be closed June 10 to June 30, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The road closure is necessary for waterline installation work. Fifty-minute road closures shall occur though efforts will be made to reduce the length of closure periods. Access to properties will be provided. Please observe and obey all traffic controls, posted signs, and flaggers.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. Motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays.
