Kupuna Hour (65+) begins at 8:00 am. Kupuna must be checked in for DMV services by 8:45 am. Kupuna hour is ONLY for kupuna's own personal business.
All Customers are welcome from 8:45 am to 4:00 pm.
Walk-in service tickets end at 2pm daily. Walk-in ticket holders are not guaranteed service. If you have not begun your service at the window by 3:45 pm you will not be served.
Last written permit test (DL, CDL, Taxi) given at 3:00 pm.
