Junior Lifeguard Programs
2024 Keiki and Junior Lifeguard Program
This free program is open to all Kauaʻi Keiki ages 8-11 and Juniors ages 12-17. The program demonstrates Ocean Safety awareness and valuable lifesaving skills taught by Kauaʻi's finest Ocean Safety Instructors.
- Hands on learning
- Lifesaving and rescue skills
- Hands only CPR and first aid
- Team work and problem solving
- Beach hazards and ocean safety awareness
Program Information:
- Limited Enrollment!
- Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Keikis must be able to swim and run 50 yards non-stop with no assistance as well as give 100% at all times!
- Juniors must be able to swim and run 100 yards non-stop with no assistance and also give 100% at all times!
- Please remember to bring a lunch, drinks, towel, and sunscreen each day.

After registering, please be sure that you receive an email confirmation.
**A document confirming participant's age is required for registration. This includes Birth Certificate, Passport or State Issued ID**
