Junior Lifeguard Programs

2024 Keiki and Junior Lifeguard Program

This free program is open to all Kauaʻi Keiki ages 8-11 and Juniors ages 12-17. The program demonstrates Ocean Safety awareness and valuable lifesaving skills taught by Kauaʻi's finest Ocean Safety Instructors.

Program Information:

  • Limited Enrollment!
  • Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Keikis must be able to swim and run 50 yards non-stop with no assistance as well as give 100% at all times!
  • Juniors must be able to swim and run 100 yards non-stop with no assistance and also give 100% at all times!
  • Please remember to bring a lunch, drinks, towel, and sunscreen each day.

After registering, please be sure that you receive an email confirmation.

**A document confirming participant's age is required for registration. This includes Birth Certificate, Passport or State Issued ID**
