The digital copies of zoning maps contained in the County of Kaua‘i Department of Planning’s website are provided only for general reference or general use.  The zoning maps depict the approximate locations of zoning district boundaries, land uses, structures, buildings, and facilities.  The zoning shown on these maps may not completely describe all land use restrictions on any specific property.

All parties understand and acknowledge that the zoning maps, data, text, and mapped features contained in the digital copies of Kaua‘i’s zoning maps are subject to constant change, updates, and corrections, and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.  Final confirmation of official boundaries of a zoning district in relation to a specific property must be provided by a licensed surveyor.
