LIHUE – The Department of Water's (DOW) website, kauaiwater.org is back online after an internal update was completed by the website service provider. Website links and the Customer Account Portal are now available.

LIHUE – The Department of Water (DOW) website, kauaiwater.org is experiencing technical difficulties and is currently unavailable. Officials are working with the website’s service provider to determine the cause and will provide an update when more details are confirmed.

To view information about the Kaua`i Board of Water Supply and information on their monthly Board Meeting on September 19, 2024, visit www.kauai.gov/Government/Boards-and-Commissions/Board-of-Water and select the desired meeting date and information.
Additionally, DOW is also working on providing an external link to the online payment portal. In the meantime, customers wishing to pay via a credit or debit card may utilize the payment kiosk located at the DOW’s main office at 4398 Pua Loke Street in Lihue.
