KALĀHEO – The Department of Public Works and its contractor Maui Kupono Builders are announcing a full closure for a portion of Kuli Road in Kalāheo Oct. 14 to Oct. 17 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The closure is necessary for road resurfacing work. Area residents will be allowed partial access through the closure and advised that machinery and commercial vehicles will be in the work area.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to reach destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
