KPD seeks public’s assistance with 2020 homicide investigation

LĪHUʻE – The Kauaʽi Police Department renews it’s request to the public for information regarding a homicide that occurred on February 6, 2020. This comes as authorities continue to pursue leads that could advance the investigation.

On Feb. 6, 2020, 57-year-old Paul Christie was found dead along Kūhiō Highway in Moloa‘a. An autopsy revealed that Christie's death was the result of a homicide.

Christie was last seen alive on Feb. 4, 2020, at the Princeville Center, where he was employed at the time. He had no known permanent address and often frequented the Princeville Library.
