KŌLOA – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Redmond Tree Services, are announcing that a portion of Maluhia Road, from mile marker 2 to mile marker 3, will be closed on Sept 3, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The closure is necessary for tree-trimming work.
One lane will remain open to accommodate alternating traffic in both directions. Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations.
During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
