Road closure scheduled for Po‘ohiwi Road in Kalaheo July 1 to July 31

KALĀHEO — The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, announces that a portion of Po‘ohiwi Road in Kalāheo will be closed July 1 to July 31, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

 The full road closure is necessary for waterline installation work.

Access to properties will be provided. Please observe and obey all traffic controls, posted signs, and flaggers.

Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. Motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays.
