Our Purpose
The Kauai Police Activities League (K-PAL) is a non-profit organization devoted to developing character, self-discipline and healthy lifestyles among Kauai’s youth. It also seeks to strengthen Police-Community relations. Last year alone, our programs reached over 1,100 youth on our island.
K-PAL encourages kids to "Obey the L.A.W." That is
- "L"- LISTEN to your parents and coaches
- "A" - have a good ATTITUDE
- "W"- WORK ETHIC.
By providing positive activities and role models for our youth we hope to encourage good behavior and help them reach their full potential. Additionally, K-PAL strives to create an environment which inspires our youth to maintain a drug free life and avoid the dangerous paths associated with illegal drugs.
