Online Driveway Approach Permit

Getting Started:

Go to Connect.Kauai.gov and create an account by clicking on Sign Up link.

To Submit Application:

Step 1.At Connect.Kauai.gov login using your account.

Step 2.Click in the Search box to find the form, for example type Driveway, or click the “Public Works \ Engineering” Icon

Step 3.Select the “Driveway Approach Application” Icon

  • Follow the system prompts and tab through the application process.
  • Upload all necessary documents.

Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by Public Works - Engineering Division staff. You will receive an automated email as to the status of your application.

While the application is being reviewed, you can view its progress at any time by logging back into Connect.Kauai.gov.
